Infant remains allegedly found at Rochester waste facility

ROCHESTER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Rochester Police Department said that an infants remains were allegedly found at a waste recycling facility Thursday morning.

The department said that officers were dispatched to the Harvey Waste recycling facility on Cranberry Highway around 10:40 a.m.

The 911 caller said that the employees had found what appeared to be the body of a human baby in the recycling products.

No further information was released, and the Rochester police are investigating alongside Massachusetts State Police and the Medical Examiner’s Office.
