SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — The International Cat Association affiliated club Cat Lovers of New England hosted an its 4th All-Breed Championship and Household Pet Competition in Seekonk this weekend.
The competition was held at the Ramada Seekonk-Providence and featured over 100 cats from 72 different breeds, as well as a number of non-pedigreed cats.
“We have about two dozen rescues here,” CLONE Show Manager Christian Cherau said. “It’s not just purebred cats, any cat is welcome to be a show cat.”
The International Cat Association said it is a not-for-profit worldwide organization which maintains the world’s largest genetic registry of pedigreed and household pet cats.
