‘Friends’ inspired coffee shop to open in Boston
BOSTON (WLNE) — A highly-anticipated “Friends” themed coffee shop will open in Boston on Tuesday.
Central Perk Coffeehouse will serve up nostalgia every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The shop is located at 205 Newbury St.

The owners said on social media the coffee shop is a modern take on the coffee shop that Monica, Chandler, and the gang hung out at during the show’s run from 1994 to 2004.
The owners delayed the opening after the death of Matthew Perry.
“We look forward to welcoming fans to sit on the orange couch and remember the laughter Chandler brought to us all,” the owners said in a post.
