Man shot outside Providence mosque
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A man was shot outside of a mosque in Providence on Friday morning.
Police responded to 39 Haskins Street, the Islamic Center Of Rhode Island, for a reported shooting shortly before 11:30 a.m.
A 50-year-old man was shot while selling goods at a table outside the building. Police did not release his name, but said he is affiliated with the mosque.

He was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
It was not immediately known if any arrests were made.
