Soggy Sunday

Our overall weather pattern has taken a turn for the unsettled this weekend. This trend continues into the week ahead as well. At least the unsettled weather will include milder temperatures. Starting with Sunday, expect patches of locally dense fog, rain that will become heavy at times and a gusty breeze from the northeast. Temperatures will top out well into the 40s, ensuring we stay all rain. Rainfall totals will be half an inch to an inch. The rain and fog continue into Sunday night then tapers off. Monday early will have leftover showers ending and the warmest temperatures of the week, topping in the 50s. We get the sun back for Tuesday, but it comes with a chilly catch, temperatures dropping to the 20s overnight and topping only in the lower-40s. Wednesday will be more of the same with a touch more cloudiness. Thursday is the icebox day with lows in the lower-20s and highs in the 30s. At least it will be mostly sunny. Temperatures warm up gradually for Friday and into next weekend with sun and clouds.
