Two women facing judge following police chase

Two New Bedford women are accused of leading police on a chase Tuesday night.
Authorities say 45-year-old Jeannine Vickery and 33-year-old Sherri Masse took off when officers approached their car for blocking a fire lane in Fair Haven.
The chase ended in New Bedford when the women hit an unmarked police cruiser.
Officers found stolen merchandise and drugs in the car which was also reported stolen.
Both women are facing charges and will be seen in New Bedford district court at some point today.
