Dramatic fire on Rt. 146 captured on video

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- Rhode Island State Police said no one was injured when a truck caught on fire on Route 146 in North Providence.

The video below was sent to ABC 6 by viewer Carlos Cruz of Cranston.

Police said the occupants were safely out of the vehicle before it burst into flames Friday afternoon.

The section of Route 146 South was cleared quickly and traffic resumed shortly after, police said.
