Man accused of killing ex-girlfriend in Pawtucket indicted on murder charge

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A man was indicted on a domestic murder charge in the suspicious death of his ex-girlfriend in Pawtucket.

Prosecutors said Tuesday that 64-year-old Guy Williams awaits his arraignment in connection to the death of 59-year-old Patricia Fasan.

Officers were called to an apartment at Prospect Heights on the morning of June 5 for a report of a woman who jumped or fell from a second story window.

Fasan was in critical condition when police arrived.

Detectives said circumstances around the incident, including the condition of the apartment and the nature of her injuries, were suspicious.

She died later that evening.

Detectives then arrested Williams, Fasan’s roommate and ex-boyfriend.

Williams will appear in Providence County Superior Court on Jan. 10, 2024.
