Foggy Conditions for Santa
Locally dense fog has settled in across Southern New England this Christmas Eve. Visibilities are low enough to impact roads travel, but with the help of Rudolph and his glowing nose, Santa will be just fine and will remain on schedule. Mist and drizzle is happening tonight and there is a slight chance of a light shower as well. Lows will remain in the lower-40s. Christmas Day will start off with clouds and fog with a chance of sprinkles. Clouds will hang around all day and it will be milder, topping out near 50. Tuesday looks dry with a blend of sun and clouds and continued mild temps in the lower-50s. Wednesday we will watch for the development of rain with a coastal area of low pressure. Rain will be with us thought Wednesday night into Thursday. Precipitation will remain rain as temperatures continue to top out in the lower-50s. Friday will have a cold front that will bring in a chance of showers and cooler, more seasonable temperatures for the end of the week heading into the weekend.
