City of New Bedford to cut the ribbon on new apartment building

NEW BEDFORD, M.A. (WLNE) – A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held for a newly-renovated apartment building in New Bedford later this week.

Mayor Jon Mitchell will be joined by elected officials for the ceremony and a tour of the building, now coined ‘121 North,’ on Friday, January 5 at 11:30 a.m.

Officials with the city say the apartment complex on North Street, formerly the Holy Family High School, will help boost the city’s housing supply.
