Man turns himself in for fatal Herschel Street shooting

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – A Woonsocket man turned himself in on Monday morning in connection with a fatal shooting from last week

19-year-old Dontacy McNeil turned himself in on a murder warrant that was issued after the death of Manee Castillo.

Castillo, 20-years-old, was shot on Herschel street and driven to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

McNeil is expected to be arraigned in 6th District court.
