Providence trash pick-up delayed until Saturday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The City of Providence said that trash pickup that has been delayed due to Monday’s holiday and Tuesday’s inclement weather should be alleviated by Saturday.

The city shared that Waste Management has continued to collect trash on a one-day delay and is working to complete the Monday route.

If residents have not had their trash picked up yet, it will be picked up by Saturday.

To report delays in pick up, the city encourages people to call 3-1-1 or by using the PVD311 mobile app.
