Narragansett to open new library Saturday

NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (WLNE) — Narragansett will open its new Maury Loontjens Memorial Library Saturday.
The new location, at 25-27 Pier Market Place, will open to the public Saturday with light refreshments.
A celebration to honor donors and those involved with delivering the new library to the Narragansett community will take place Friday evening.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. with several elected officials including Senator Jack Reed and Governor Dan McKee.
