Man in critical condition after Fall River shooting

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Police are currently investigating a shooting in Fall River that left a man in critical condition.

Police said that officers responded to Lonsdale Street for reports of multiple gunshots.

When police arrived, they found a a 34-year-old male who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to a local trauma center for immediate medical care and is currently in critical condition.

Police are currently investigating the incident.

ABC 6 News crews on scene saw multiple emergency vehicles as well as police tape on the scene.
