Neighbors pitching in to help dig their neighbors out of storm

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The roads are mostly clear of cars on this snowy Tuesday, with many residents off work and hunkered down waiting for the storm to pass.

That doesn’t mean a relaxing day off, though, as many residents took the time to continuously shovel the heavy, wet snow accumulating in their driveways.
