RIDOT lifts tractor-trailer ban

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Governor’s office announced Tuesday afternoon the tractor-trailer ban has been lifted.

Monday night, Gov. McKee signed an executive order implementing a tractor-trailer travel ban for Tuesday’s storm.

It has been lifted as of Tuesday afternoon.

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect through this evening.
