New Bedford lifts parking ban late Tuesday evening

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — The city of New Bedford announced that its parking ban was lifted Tuesday evening.

Public Information Officer Jonathan Darling said street parking resumed as normal at 11 p.m.

Officials implemented the snow-emergency parking ban in advance of Tuesday’s storm to make cleanup efforts easier.
