Providence Police arrest suspect in Friday stabbing

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said it arrested a suspect in a Friday night stabbing of a 15-year-old.

Police said the stabbing took place in the area of Bolton Avenue and Lawn Street.

The victim suffered non-life-threatening puncture wounds and the assailant was taken into custody shortly after the incident.
