Warwick police seek public assistance in extensive damage to park

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — Warwick police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding the person responsible for a costly joyride through a city park.

According to police, almost a dozen sections of the wooden fence and a soccer net were destroyed by a vehicle that drove through the park Tuesday night.

Tire tracks reveal that the driver was doing donuts that destroyed the grass.
