Dozens gather in Fall River for Back the Blue stand out

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) – A crowd gathered in front of the Fall River Police Department Sunday afternoon to show their support for President Donald Trump and rallying in effort to “Back the Blue”.

More than a dozen were in attendance, waving flags, signs, and shouting their support for President Trump and police officers across the country.

David Rosa, one supporter in attendance told ABC6, “We’re out here to show our support for our great President Donald Trump and to show our support for our police departments everywhere, here in Fall River, everywhere, because we need our police they’re the thin blue line to help maintain a civilized society, so we can all go about our business every day.”

This event was one of many “Back the Blue” rallies held across the country today.
