Warwick business break-in suspect expected in court

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A suspect in a string of Warwick business break-ins is expected in court Thursday.

Jose Capeles, 52, will face a judge for allegedly breaking into Warwick Liquors and Bader Market, located on the same street.

The incidents happened in November where lottery tickets were allegedly stolen.

Capeles is scheduled for a restitution review and violation hearing and his attorneys will also attend a status conference for his case.

The other suspect in the break-ins, Melissa Bedford, appeared in court Monday.
