RISPCA conducts seizure of 9 dogs, 21 puppies

HOPKINTON, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island SPCA is conducting a seizure of at least 9 adult dogs and 21 Golden Retriever puppies in “horrendous” living conditions.

Humane officers are currently on scene and will be actively removing the animals for the next two hours.
