Early voting to begin for Presidential Primary

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Secretary Gregg Amore and the RI Department of State Elections Division are reminding Rhode Islanders of early voting for the Presidential Primary.

Early voting begins March 13 and ends April 1.

Eligible voters can find early voting locations online.

Today is the last day to request a mail ballot. After today’s 4:00 p.m. deadline, voters who cannot vote in-person can request an emergency mail ballot.

The Presidential Primary will be held on Tuesday, April, 2. All mail ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m.
