Judge Frank Caprio appears on Jumbotron at Friars game

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island Judge Frank Caprio is a household name in the Ocean State, and his profile just got a little bigger.

Caprio was honored with an appearance on the Jumbotron at a recent Providence Friars game.

“I’m a huge basketball fan,” said Caprio. “I especially love Providence College, where I graduated from.”

“I was surprised to see my picture on the Jumbotron, but I was even more surprised to at the reaction people had when they realized I was actually at the game.”
