FedEx worker transported to hospital following injury at airport facility

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — Emergency personnel responded to a call of an injured worker at the FedEx facility on the grounds of T.F. Green airport.

ABC 6 reached out to the airport and confirmed an injured woman was taken to Rhode Island Hospital after unknown injuries.

Reporter Yanni Tragellis was on-scene and captured the ambulance leaving the scene.

ABC 6 reached out to FedEx for further questioning regarding what led up to this incident and the extent of the worker’s injuries.
