‘Several people’ arrested after car strikes Massachusetts State Police cruiser

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police said that several people were arrested after a car struck a parked state police cruiser on O’Grady Street.

State police said that around 6:30 p.m. a car struck the cruiser, which was unoccupied, as well as several other vehicles and did not stop to exchange information with any of the drivers or the officer.

State troopers and Fall River police officers made multiple arrests, and one person allegedly fled on foot.
