West Warwick Library to hold Solar Eclipse viewing party

WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The West Warwick Public Library is inviting the public to join in a safe-viewing of the solar eclipse on April 8.

The library will be handing out approved complimentary glasses leading up to the event and the day-of.

Spokesperson for the library shared that there are many dangers of using fake or unapproved Eclipse glasses.

The event will be held at the library on April 8 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

In celebration of the eclipse, there will be lawn games, crafts, music, and food.
