Funeral Tuesday for Dr. Finocchio of RISPCA

Friends and Supporters Can Attend Virtually

RIVERSIDE, R.I. (WLNE) -A funeral and mass for Dr. E.J. Finocchio will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.  It is private because of COVID-19.

Friends and Supporters can attend virtually via the Nardolillo Funeral Home Facebook page. There will also be a link on the RISPCA website.

Doc was President of the RISPCA for 18 years and was a regular on ABC6 for our Pick of the Litter segments on ABC 6 News at Noon. Over the years, he helped countless animals find new homes as well as fought for tougher legislation for animal abusers.

Before leading the RISPCA, he had a dedicated equine practice, New England Horse Care Center, for 35 years.

He died on October 26, due to complications from COVID-19.  He was 77 years old.
