West Warwick Public Schools will move to full distance learning for 3 weeks

WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE): West Warwick Public Schools will move to full distance learning for all students in Pre-K through 12 schools, according to the superintendent.
According to a newsletter released on Sunday, schools will move to distance learning for nearly 3 weeks.
Students will go remote starting November 30th until December 22nd.
“West Warwick Public Schools has experienced a rise in positive cases and the number of students and staff that need to quarantine,” the superintendent stated. “We are hopeful that after a short period of distance learning, the number of positive cases will lower, fewer people will need to quarantine, and we can resume the three models of instruction delivery we experience now”
