RIDOH reports 1,330 new cases and 9 deaths related to COVID-19

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – The Department of Health reported 1,330 new cases and nine deaths related to COVID-19 on Thursday.

The state passed 60,000 cases with a total of 60,722, and total deaths reached 1,400.

409 people are currently hospitalized. 31 of them need ventilators.

Rhode Island is seeing an 8.0% positive from the prior day.

The state has administered a total of 1,594,007 tests.
