Sunny, mild, and breezy afternoon

Another fabulous day with plenty of sunshine with temperatures on the mild side, upper-60s, some could see low-70s.  Dry conditions prevail overnight with clear skies and temperatures falling into the low-40s.  By tomorrow will start out with mostly sunny skies and see increasing clouds as the day progresses with temperatures in the low-60s.  Slight chance for overnight showers is expected.  Gray skies for Thursday with an low chance for isolated showers and temperatures in the mid-50s.  Dry weather returns on Friday with a high in the middle 50s.  A cold front will trigger a chance for shower Friday night into Saturday.  Dry, sunny, and around 60 for Sunday into Monday.
