Providence man accused of stabbing mother and sister to be arraigned
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Wednesday the man accused of stabbing his sister and mother in Providence will be arraigned.
29-year-old Wesney Clairs-Ainvil pleaded not guilty to felony murder and assault charges.
He’s accused of stabbing his sister to death while she was in her car getting ready to go to work back in December of 2023.
Officials allege he then stabbed his mother when she tried to intervene.
He’s due in Providence County Superior Court today.
