Woonsocket man who left accident scene due in court

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — A Woonsocket man who is accused of running from the scene of a crash in expected in court today.

21-year-old Eric Carter is accused of crashing his car, running away from the scene, and jumping into The Blackstone River.

His case is expected in court today for a pre-trial conference.
