Sunny and chilly afternoon.

Temperatures around the mid to low-30s this morning climbing into the upper-50s by this afternoon with abundant sunshine.  Overnight skies will remain clear with temperatures falling into the mid-30s.  Frost advisory will be in effect tonight from 11 PM – 7 AM.  Dry conditions will continue tomorrow with breezy conditions and sunny.  Temperatures will rebound nicely back to seasonable in the low-60s.  Unsettled weather by Wednesday with showers and potential for thunderstorms in the afternoon with breezy conditions.  Temperatures will be around seasonable, high of 60.  Improves by Thursday and Friday.
