R.I. Post Offices Offer Extended Hours

Next Two Saturdays & Sundays

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – Rhode Island’s Post Offices want to help you get your holiday shipping done on time.

Some postal locations will be open with extended hours on Saturday December 12 and 19 as well as Sundays December 13 and 20.

The Main Post Office in Newport and in Coventry will be open until 4 p.m. on Saturdays.

The Main Post Offices in Providence will be open on Sundays, December 13 and 20, from noon to 4 p.m.

They are hoping this gives you more time to drop off your holiday gifts or get postage for your cards.
