Man transported to hospital after being shot in leg

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – Providence police are investigating after a man was shot Friday night on Parkis Avenue.

Maj. David Lapatin confirmed that the man was shot in the leg and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.
