Car crashes into woods in Fall River

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A car crashed through a fence and into trees along Route 24 in Fall River on Wednesday.

The Fall River Fire Department said the driver needed to be extracted using jaws of life to remove the door of the car.

Crews also had to cut through fencing and multiple trees to reach the car.

Officials did not release any information on the status of the driver.
