Fall River man charged with indecent assault at Dartmouth Carnival

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — A Fall River man is charged with indecent assault on a person 14 or over and accosting/annoying another person after an incident at the Dartmouth Carnival May 4 at approximately 10:08 a.m.

Jeffrey Lehman, 54, allegedly followed the victim and her friend for a period of time before approaching her and touching her inappropriately.

It is then alleged that Lehman placed money down the victim’s shirt.

A barrier was created between the victim and Lehman and police arrived and placed him under arrest.
