Pick of the week coming up Tuesday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — After a cloudy start we had a bit of a tease this afternoon for what will be in store on Tuesday.

After a dry and mild night in the upper-50s, Tuesday will be sunny and very warm with highs inland soaring into the upper 70s! It will feel more like an early summer day.

It’s unfortunately the easy pick of the week as each day through Friday will feature the chance for some rain. Have the umbrella handy each day.

Mother’s Day weekend looks like it will see some improvements, and while not a day like Tuesday, Sunday should stay dry for mom.
