Man drowns after canoe capsizes in Massachusetts
HALIFAX, Mass. (WLNE) — A man’s body has now been recovered after his canoe capsized in Halifax Sunday.
According to Plymouth county DA Tim Cruz, police are still investigating Sunday’s suspected drowning.
Cruz said the man drowned near the boat ramp on White Island Road.
Our sister station, WCVB reports that three people including an adult and two children were rescued and dive teams found the man’s body around an hour later.
