Woonsocket police investigate shooting on Willow Street
WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Woonsocket Police said they responded to a home on Willow Street last night for a report of shots fired.
On arrival, Woonsocket police located spent casing in the roadway and evidence suggesting that a home on Willow Street was the target house.
According to police, one round traveled through the exterior of the home and entered into the bedroom of a subject on the second floor of the building.
The round traveled just over an uninvolved subject who was sleeping in his bed and lodged in the bedroom wall.
Another round went into the first floor apartment of another home, and no one appeared to be injured in this incident.
