Both missing birds back at Roger Williams Zoo

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Roger Williams Park Zoo said that both missing guans have been returned to the zoo.

Chip the blue-throated piping guan was found just days after his father Monster.

Both birds were located off Elmwood Avenue near the zoo.

“Both guans appear healthy and are under veterinary care,” the zoo said. “They should be back in the rainforest [exhibit] soon.”
