RIDOH recommends closing Conimicut Point Beach due to bacteria levels

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Health said it is recommending closing Conimicut Point Beach in Warwick due to high bacteria counts.

RIDOH said it will continue to check bacteria levels in public beaches through Labor Day.

A list of closed beaches can be found at health.ri.gov/beaches.
