SWANSEA, Mass. (WLNE) — Case High School will not have classes on June 7 after a fire in a closet.

The Swansea Fire Department said the fire occurred around 3 p.m. and was contained to the closet, but smoke damage to the first floor necessitated classes be cancelled.

The department added that the school had already dismissed before the fire, so there were no students in the building at the time.
