Police offering reward for information on Coventry hit-and-run

COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — Police are offering a $500 reward for information on a hit-and-run that seriously injured a first responder in Coventry.
The incident occurred on Victory Highway on May 29, as the Western Coventry Fire Department responded to a medical emergency.
As first responders were exiting the emergency vehicle, a car passed by and hit two paramedics, according to officials.
The Coventry Police Department provided additional details of the suspect vehicle on June 6, describing it as a 2019-2023 Chrysler minivan with front passenger side damage, specifically the passenger side view mirror.
The collision severely injured one of the crew members, Miranda Hennessy, who was taken to Rhode Island Hospital.
Officials put out a flier on social media Monday announcing a $500 reward, saying anyone with information can contact the department by email (tips@coventrypd.org) or phone (401-822-9194).
