Body recovered from Providence River

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A body was recovered from the Providence River on Monday.

The Providence Police Department said a body was found at Fox Point around 5:00 p.m.

Officials said police are actively investigating the incident at Collier Point Park.
