Horse rescued in Plainville after falling through garage
PLAINVILLE, Mass. (WLNE) — Norfolk County Tech Rescue team literally came to the rescue of a horse that fell through a barn yesterday.
Plainville firefighters received a call that a large horse had fallen 10 feet into the basement of a garage that was very unstable.
According to a Facebook post, the towns animal control officer along with MSPCA arrived on scene for support and advice for a safe extraction of the animal, while the Norfolk County Technical Team came in to help stabilize the shed.
Plainville Police provided support and assisted with traffic during this incident.
The horse was not injured in the incident.
