Police confirm triple stabbing in New Bedford Neighborhood

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) – New Bedford Police confirmed a triple stabbing from Tuesday night on Brownell street.

The attack happened at the intersection of West Clinton Street around 5:15 PM.

Two of the victims were rushed to Saint Luke’s Hospital, and the third was sent to Rhode Island Hospital.

No updates on their condition at this time.

Police have not said anything about a possible suspect, but said there is no danger to the community.

Residents on Brownell Street say the road was blocked off for a few hours while police investigated.
