House suffers ‘significant’ damage after being struck by car in Pawtucket

PAWTCUKET, Mass. (WLNE) — The Pawtucket Police Department said a family is likely to be displaced after their house was struck by a car.

The crash occurred on Mineral Spring Avenue, and police said the building inspector as well as Rhode Island Energy needed to be called to assess the damage.

No residents of the house were injured, but both the driver and passenger of the car were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
