Braintree theater stabbing suspect to appear in court

PLYMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — A man accused of stabbing multiple people in one day is scheduled to appear in court.
In May, 26-year-old Jared Ravizza faced a judge in Plymouth for two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault with intent to murder in connection with the a stabbing of two employees at a rest area McDonalds.
In Quincy District Court, Ravizza faced four counts of assault to murder and four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the stabbing of four girls in a Braintree movie theater that same day.
Ravizza could also face additional charges to a Connecticut murder investigation, according to officials.
Ravizza was ordered a mental evaluation at Bridgewater State Hospital, and was supposed to have another court hearing on June 17, however it was moved by the judge to July 1.
